All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer worldwide shipping from the Netherlands using major carriers such as:

  • PostNL

  • DHL

  • UPS

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs, local disruptions, or carrier issues.

📦 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:
